What do I need to bring?
You'll need either your printed or digital confirmation for your reservation. It's also a good idea to have a rain jacket and waterproof shoes. (Yes, it can rain a lot even in the summer here)
Do you offer private tours?
Yes. Please email or call us for details. Our maximum capacity is 12 people.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more in advance, you will receive a full refund. Contact us by phone or email for details.
I am traveling with a child that needs a car seat. Do I need to bring it?
Yes. Every child under 8 years of age, under 57 inches, and less than 65 pounds will need an appropriate car seat or booster that you bring with you.
Is there a restroom onboard the tour?
No. However, there are public restrooms available before boarding the tour and in Saxman.
Is there any walking on the tour?
Yes. There is minimal walking on gravel pathways.
